At Curit, we strive to provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be instances where you might need to cancel a service or request a refund. This page outlines our policies for refunds and cancellations, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation of Lab Tests:
Before Sample Collection: You can cancel your lab test order any time before the sample is collected. To do so, please visit your order history in the Curit app and select the "Cancel" option.
After Sample Collection: Once the sample has been collected, cancellations are not possible. However, if there is a legitimate issue, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
2. Cancellation of Doctor Appointments:
Before Appointment Time: Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. You can do this through the Curit app.
Within 24 Hours of Appointment: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund. However, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
3. Cancellation of Medicine Orders:
Before Order Dispatch: You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched from our pharmacy. Use the Curit app or website to initiate the cancellation.
After Order Dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not allowed. However, if there is an issue with the order, such as incorrect or damaged items, please reach out to our customer support.
Refund Policy
1. Refund for Lab Tests:
Before Sample Collection: If you cancel your lab test before the sample is collected, you are eligible for a full refund.
After Sample Collection: Refunds are not available after the sample collection, except in cases where the test cannot be processed due to technical issues on our end. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
2. Refund for Doctor Appointments:
Canceled Appointments: If you cancel an appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund.
Rescheduled Appointments: If you reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours in advance and the new time does not work for you, you can request a refund instead of rescheduling again.
3. Refund for Medicine Orders:
Order Canceled Before Dispatch: If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, you are eligible for a full refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to request a refund or replacement.
How to Request a Refund
Log in to Your Account: Visit the Curit app and log in to your account.
Go to Order History: Navigate to your order history and find the order you wish to refund.
Select Refund/Cancel: Click on the refund or cancel option and follow the prompts.
Wait for Confirmation: Once your request is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your refund status.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method. If you have not received your refund within this time frame, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
